Throwback Thursday: Denise Vasquez working on the production side in "It's Mine" Music Video with Mobb Deep, NAS, Prodigy directed by Hype Williams

There I am walking by the pool on the beautiful island of Anguilla!

This was one of the most amazing & challenging jobs I've ever worked on the production side!

I was hired & flown to the beautiful island of Anguilla

To work as a production assistant for "Grip Flicks".

I don't think I slept much on this job! I was lucky if I slept more than 2 hours a day!

I did everything from working in the production office, assisting with organizing transportation & pickups, getting props or anything that was needed, finding the best place to get Rotti's & more! Finding specific things, like a "Hummer" is not an easy task on an island, but we did it!

I was there to work, and boy did I work my butt off, which paid off!

The harder I worked, the more I got promoted!

I ended up being the "Key Set PA" & in charge of handling the talent!

I LOVED working with Hype Williams! He's an amazing director & beyond cool!

When I was wrapped from the job, Hype offered me the opportunity to come work with him.

I couldn't take him up on the offer at the time, maybe we'll work together again someday soon Hype!

It was so much fun working with Mobb Deep, NAS & Prodigy! Queensbridge in the house!

Prodigy recognized me from Roosevelt Island, NYC where I grew up. His grandmother lived down the hall from me! Small world indeed!
